Cancellation: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your slot to another client.
No-Shows: Repeated no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future bookings.
Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.
Health & Allergies: Your safety is our priority. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or eye conditions prior to your appointment. We cannot be held responsible for reactions to products if this information is not disclosed beforehand.
Results: Every set is customized to you. Final lash style, length, and curl will be tailored in person based on your natural lashes, eye shape, and desired look — because your lashes deserve a personalized touch.
