Thank you for shopping with Bratty Beauty XO! We want to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping! 

Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way! Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on the USPS website at usps.com.

Lost or Missing Packages If your package has not arrived within 5 days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@brattybeautyxo.com and we will work with USPS to locate your package and make it right!

Incorrect Address Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@brattybeautyxo.com and we'll do our best to help!
